One room in a bunglow, half basement, windows all above ground, will share the kitchen and bathroom with a lady from April,1st, before that, you are the only user. Close to everything, Bayshore Shopping center, ESL, Walk-in clinic, Bayshore bus station and bus stops,several chinese restaurants, theatre, Ottawa river, biking way, 3 parks and so on. 85,182 and other bus routes take you directly to downtown, if you want, you can walk or take bus to Bayshore bus station and more bus routes are available there, like 2, 97, 166 and so on, another option is change bus at Lincon Fields bus staion ( 2 minutes on bus to there) Independent heating system, you can adjust the temperature to whatever you want. You own big living room, dining room ( will share with a lady after April, 1st), 350/m, including everything, cable is available too.
If you don't have any furnatures, we can prepare simple ones for you too.
Single lady or couple prefered, no smoking please.
