有关车窗被砸的问题~请大家知道的帮个忙1

今天车窗被人砸了~~把里面的gps给偷走了~我已经报警了~然后通知了保险公司~但是明天是礼拜天~~保险公司的人说礼拜一会找一个代表和我联系~~

我的问题就是：我能不能明天先找一个地方先修了~然后问保险公司索赔？ 一般这种情况~保险公司会管吗？

You can call your insurance company again. Say some unsafe reason and ask their agree to 先找一个地方先修了. Normally, they'll agree to do it, then you'll have no trouble in the future.

But think about the deduction for claim of $300 to $1000 depending on your policy and the glass cost of <$1000 (the added GPS not insured), furthermore the increase of next premium. 我刚看了~防盗险我是单买的~上面没写我有deduction~只有别的保类里有一个~而且是101~~您说这样是不是因该让保险公司管？

今天给他们打电话了~~他们说我的deduction是500~给我制定了一个车行去检查~~结果要900多~~我付500~~然后保险公司给我租了一辆车~~直到我修好为止~gps他们叫我把收据给他们传过去~然后给我一个同样型号的~或者相同质量的~

I will have to agree with ChCa, it's much cheaper down the road to pay yourself than have the insurance company pay for you if the damage is less than 2000 CAD. If your insurance company doesn't increase your rate next year, please let us know its name. I will be more than glad to have it as my insurance company.
