请问大家，车子在apartment的停车场玻璃被砸了，apartment需要负责么

车停在apartment室外parking, 结果晚上被apartment楼上的人丢石头被砸了，有明显证据，同时让super tenant也来看了，他也认同。

大家有没有经验，这种情况，apartment需要负责么？需要赔钱么？ 不然就要我自己去花几百块钱修了。。很郁闷，多谢先

我的车窗也给人砸了。保险公司出的大头，我出了一百块。我的是一边的窗，不是前后的。所以便宜些。不过，再多的也是保险公司出。

如果你逮到是谁干的，你可以让TA出。不过，apartment不管赔偿你的车窗。

多谢楼上的几位朋友， 丢石头的人没逮到，只看到楼上掉下来的灰在车子上面，另外旁边的肇事石头在旁边。因为apartment背面在装修，所以是装修的时候掉下来的。。。

If it is from the 装修, then their insurer should pay the full cost for the repair.

Get your Superintendent (not super tenant) and people doing the works to verify it (hopefully they have insurance) and call your insurance agent.

Also, don't forget to take pictures on the damage and the location where you parked the car.

Since you have talked to the superintendent and he agreed, plus there had to be records on the building management about the maintenance being done at the time, so there is no way they could 抵赖 it.

If they do, get the police involved as it is going to cost you a bundle and you nor your insurance company should pay for it.

还是给你的保险公司打电话。你说的应该collision发生以后的线。这不是collision，所以你应该少出点。

当然这depend on how your insurance coverage is.
