Range change from Electric to Gas

I need recommendation. My wife wanted to change the ranger from electric to gas. Does anyone have any idea? I am not sure if it's worth to do that.

我的看法，

优点：火力大，而且上来的也快，电的有个延迟

缺点：跟平板式的电的比，清洁起来难一些，也有一些安全隐患（煮上东西忘记了，汤溢出来把火浇灭了，但是天然气还在往外冒，真实案例）

好像安装费用也挺贵的，需要新增加天然气管线。

我们买房的时候讨论的结果是用了电的

I think lz is asking for cooking ranges instead of furnaces?
Some builders would have both electric outlet and gas connections ready in the kitchen so electric or gas range is at owner's choice.
Choose electric for easy cleaning and safety.
choose gas ones for quick heating up and ease of using chinese wok (small flat bottom). and gas range may be more endurable than electric ones.

Thanks guys. Does anyone knows about the cost of "新增加天然气管线"? and who could do that job?
My house doesn't have 天然气管线 I think.
