开车不小心撞到了人，是我的责任，把对方撞骨折了。我有驾照，车的一切手续也是齐全的。一般这样的情况会被怎样？

你花钱买了保险就是这个时候用的。
你又不是故意撞他，所以你应该不会有刑事责任。
