I used another kind of product which I think it is superior than 装热水的橡胶袋.
Basically it is a cloth bag filled with rice ( Maybe you can make one at home!). I bought it in Walmart.
When you need it, just put it in a microwave for 50 seconds, then it is ready!
And I always keep one in the refrigerator. It becomes a ice bag!
