I am still scratching my head why they need $600K to build a 中式牌楼? $600K is a lot of money. Where will the money go and how they will spend the $600K? Who will be the company selected to build this 中式牌楼? Are they doing tender bidding to get the best reasonable construction company to build this 中式牌楼? Where do we get information, or is this type of information open to the public?
