车停在parking里被人家撞了，怎么办？

倒霉啊...当时我不在车里，security给我打电话说我车被撞了，帮我抓到撞我车的人了。对方说不想报保险，但是我去dealer做了quote给她她又嫌贵，说要找其他bodyshop问问...我都佩服我自己居然这么有耐心...郁闷...我该怎么办啊？一直拖下去对方会不会摆我一刀啊？

I was told I might, but after the insurance agent checked it, she said I didn't have to. The insurance company paid little bit more than $2000 to fix my car and about 200$ for the rental car

Which insurance company do you use?
Last time when I had the same situation, I was told by my insurance company that I have to pay the deductiable even it is not my fault...I checked on the internet and it seems like what they said is common practice.

At the beginning, they told me it might be a $500 deductible I have to pay, but after the agent who was dealing my case checked, she said I didn't have to. I didn't ask her why.

我也有和楼主类似的经验，车被人在停车场撞了，然后那个人逃了。有人看到了，留了纸条给我，上面有撞车人的车牌号码。我是第2天报的警，然后把车开去给警察看，警察也帮忙根据那个好心人留下的车牌号查了，可是那个撞我车的人不承认，人品真不好。不过警察说这不是我的责任，我的保险公司全赔了修车的钱，我一分也没有付。被撞是挺郁闷的，被撞了抓住了那个人，人还不承认，你更郁闷。
