哪一个颜色的车子最受驾驶人喜爱？答案是银色。根据最新调查，银色连续第九年荣登最热门车子颜色排行榜第一名。美商必丕志国际股份有限公司（PPG Industries）公布的年度调查统计显示，银色是全球各地驾驶人最喜爱的车子颜色，不管是色调深浅，驾驶人似乎对银色系列「情有独锺」，今年银色也是连续第九年称霸最热门车子颜色排行榜第一名。
为什麽银色能在众多车子颜色当中脱颖而出？必丕志在声明指出，拜新兴喷漆色效之赐，就算带有灰色调的银色系列也能摆脱黯淡，让车子看起来非常闪亮美观。
如果光以美国来看，这项调查统计显示，25%受访者选择银色为最喜爱的车子颜色，比去年20%的成绩还要更上一楼。排名第二的是白色，获得18%受访民众支持，黑色则以16%的支持率排名第三。
有趣的是，美国民众对于车子颜色的喜爱偏好，随著时间发展也产生了改变。如果回到15年前，美国民众在1994年最喜欢的车子颜色为绿色。
