I have accumulated $1004 BMO FirstHome Dollars, I would like to transfer the certificate to some one who meets following condition:
A. first time house buyer
B. with BMO Bank of Montreal mortgage by Dec. 31, 2010. when make down payment, $1004 dollars will be deducted from your down payment
C. Last name better is Cheng or Zheng
The transfer certificate should be completed by Dec. 31, 2009.
I will ask $200 for transfer process.
