Townhouse 的屋顶是不是一整个row的几户一起换?

另外,是不是end unit都要留路给中间的几户access他们的后院呢?

1) yes or no. Some townhouse roof are separated , you could do it by yourself. But at most time, 几户一起换. Because you could get better deal by doing together and using same color makes house looks nicer.
