说对了，大龙虾肉老。这个1.5 - 2 pound的，肉质最好，也是卖最贵的。这是从PEI考察回来的结果。

酱油建议从costco买，是真正用豆子发酵做的。 很多酱油，尤其中国产的，都是盐+色素+味精勾兑的，味道虽然好，但根本就不是以豆子为原料做的，可能有害健康。

样区别酿造酱油、勾兑酱油和化学酱油

这个要顶！

我发现很多牌子根本没有soya的风味。好像就珠江牌有点。

大统华周三开张，作为渥村饥民代表之一的我，激动的现在就在列单子。估摸估摸明天300刀的shoping是打不住了。楼下的冰柜已经腾空，看看要是有时间盘算着就在后院挖个菜窖啥的备用。。。

本村华裔社区各大媒体（平面的，立体的，小报，大报，网站）更是无一漏网，全是整版广告外加T&T PR department的书面发言稿。。。这架势，cool

俺在激动之余，仔细研究了一下广告，发现如果不是special，这T&T的price好像也没想象的有竞争力。游水龙虾7.99好像superstore现在就这价；竹丝鸡8.98跟原来的利丰也差不多。。。

可怕的是要是百佳这类local小店被大统华挤没了，那岂不是又成了买块豆腐都得进趟城？

300刀？这必须要当个door crasher才中。
