其余的就要去找专门换门窗或者门窗玻璃的人或公司了。

If it is a single panel, you could go to a glass shop(yellow page) or Home depot to cut a piece of glass. For double insulated panel, if the size is standarded. Home depot has something for sell.

For apartment building, you should call building management.
