陳照奎先生曾說：“沒功夫，技巧也是空的；功夫不出，什麽技巧也不頂用，關鍵是出功夫。”這裏講的“功夫”就是內勁功力。

“还有就是太极拳重要的不是形体，重要的是你的意识，意识对了就是太极拳，意识错了练什么拳架都不是太极拳！”

OTCA is holding a third interactive workshop, presented by Master Yuan, on "Putting Tai Chi theory into Practice" on Jan. 23, 1-3 pm at Reid's Dojang. It is free for all members. Non-members pay $10.
