Looking to sublet for Feb1st 2010. Great deal since lease will be month to month since I have been here for a year whereas you
usually sign for 1 year. Brand new carpet was installed when I leased this apartment. Comes with fridge and stove located 2 minutes bus ride to Hurdman Station (major NS-EW hub for OC transpo). This apartment is on the 17th floor with an outstanding
view with balcony. Comes with full walkin front closet and an extra storage space inside the apartment aswell. Recently wallpapered and redesigned look and feel. Pets are allowed although I do not have any. Covered parking available for $50 a month. Utilities extra, I found I paid roughly $30 a month for utilities. Access to outdoor pool and tennis courts for summer and
indoor sauna and workout room. Great location close to hospitals shopping centers and both universities.
