既然CBC，CTV的节目都是免费给rogers转的，rogers还把CBC，CTV高清台加密，大家必须再花钱买它的高清盒子。rogers太流氓了。那么电视带QAM tuner完全是浪费了 。

CBC，CTV的HD频道应该是没有加密的公开散播信号的。美国有这条法例，有些公众频道必须免费播放，靠近美国的加拿大地区有时候就能免费看到美国的电视就是这个意思的。
