I have two bedrooms in a house for rent

rental: 500 inclus water,gas,elec, tel, TV cable

Walk to library/ baseline bus station(86,95,178,171,172,174,175,156,116,111,117,118)/ Algonquin Colledge

separated washroom, shared kitchen and living room with a family

single female or family(rental different)(no too much cooking)

I want to rent the whole house and live in the master room for 850. if nobody interest in it, I am going to find an apartment instead.

Generally, a house have one master room with two bedrooms in the top floor. Living room and kitchen room will be shared. Basement(maybe in the first floor) is a big room as bedroom or another living. If you couple just need a bedroom, $500 will be OK. But you must share Living room and kitchen room with both Wendy and another potential tenant.

For my opinon, you'd better to visit before make any decision. If you pay more attention to library, outdoor rink for skating, convenience to bus station and college, it should be good place for living.( I ever visited centrepointe area).
