Thanks in advance for all coming help.

My nephew will move to Ottawa to live with us for a period. I need to fill out the Custodianship Declaration form.

Can someone recommend a notary who can help us on this?

if you are a lower-income, there is legal aid service in downtown on Bank Street.

thank so much for the quick reply... Do you have their phone number by any chance? I checked google.... popped out 7 or 8 lawyer firms on Bank street. Do not know which one I should go with.

Just contacted with South legal aid services Ottawa, they do not offer family legal services....

SEE legal Advice clinic you need to phone and make an appointment.

I had free legal service long time ago( just for change my immigrant paper to maple card in 2003 need a lawyer to sign a paper for me), I still know in this community center they still has free legal service. But, in your case, maybe you need to phone them first to make sure they will do the job for you. Othervise, you need go to any communtiy center close to your home to ask what type of legal service is free for you then they might have more info.
