很多公司里面如果雇员接受了供应商的$10~$20以上的好处是要开除的,即使你在为公司考虑,而且宣称没有影响决策。
你要做中介可以明示。一般性来说,这样做的结果就是少了一个朋友而不是多了一个。

有人肯掏1000去让人替Builder说话,那才是疯了。几十万的房子,需要的是冷静决策,即使号称自己也可省1000,那到底还是个傻子。
有个重金属姓的华人Agent经常在Minto售楼部里呆着,就是干这个勾当的。但是至少,第一,他声明是Agent,不在身份上冒充朋友骗人;第二,他肯将Minto给自己的1000再让出一半;即使如此,他还是在不断替Minto说好话,贬低其他Builder。
I don't think you are right, LZ does not need to say anything good or bad to any buyers that he/she refers to, all the decisions will be made by the buyers themselves, the difference is if the buyers give the LZ's some information to the builder, then both of them can get $1000 or no one will get any...so i think it's a good idea to do that as the builder already made big money.
