请问去滑雪要准备些什么东西？

下周要和单位同事一起去滑雪，应该是属于moutain skiing吧，不知道需要准备些什么装备？
本人女性，财力有限，不知假如就是普通的羽绒衣牛仔裤，能去吗？（很后悔没有把我以前去西藏的冲锋衣，冲锋裤带来）
除了衣服，其他还需要准备些啥东西？

普通的羽绒 maybe OK, but 牛仔裤 is definitely a no. you need a snow pant and a pair of snow glove.
it's better to have goggle and helmet too.

Don't think so. they don't rent anything that has intimate skin contact.

they are just optional. but snow pant I guess is a must. Zeller has cheap snow pant, but they are bulky and ugly.
