Recovery OS CD can be only used for the PC that the CD was created from. Any other recovery OS (CD) can't be installed into your PC because the recovery CD has machine codes which come from the PC when the recovery CD was created.

The only way that you could install OS into your PC is by using your own recovery CD which comes from your PC, or using retail OS CD.
