一年新房子，冬天经常听到外面有很大的响声是怎么回事？

It's very likely to be the problem of "cold air return". I have experience something like that before in a townhouse I lived. At the beginning I thought the noise was coming from a construction site nearby, but it turned out to be from inside the house.
