I got the same problem. Rebooting the box did not work. Rogers will send a guy to my home tomorrow.

“This feature allows you to re-authorize your Rogers Digital terminal for the Digital services you currently subscribe to. This should correct any authorization issues that you may experience, such as when you receive a message indicating that your Digital terminal or Digital services are "Not Authorized" on your TV screen.
Please allow up to 30 minutes for the re-authorization signal to be sent to your Digital terminal(s). This feature will NOT change any of the customized settings that you have set up on your Digital terminal(s).”

知道，就是登陆网站re-authorize ，不行。刚才打电话了，明天来人。好像是我的那个splitter one way,需要two way 的。谢谢您。

哦， 那么可以先试一下去掉这个splitter，直接连。
