Hello!
I have a bachelor apartment in a 11-storey high building available for $645.20/month (including utilities) starting April. It's located on Bronson and Carling and is on the transit way so you can easily get downtown (10-15 mins bus ride for bus 101, 85 or 4) and to Carleton U (bus 4 or O-train).
Since I have been living in my apartment for over a year, if you take over my contract it will be on a month-to-month basis so if you want to move out anytime you just have to give a two-month notice to the rental office. I have to find someone to take over my lease because I thought I just had to give a one month notice but it's actually two so if I were to leave in March I still have to pay for March's rent (instead of using my pre-paid last month rent).
