1。请问有没有家里 upgrade hotwater tank to tankless hot water tank 的？这个tankless 好用吗？要用热水时是不是要等一会儿？值得做这个upgrade 吗？
2。有必要 让Builder Upgrade Security System Pre-wire 吗？ 以后Security 公司会不会帮忙做？
1)Tankless is good, it works well. You could save on gas, but have to pay more in rent. There is no return on it.
2)If you are in good area, I don't think security system is needed. But if you like to install it. Pre-wire could be good choice.
