请问: 需要找律师吗?

Just signed a purchase agreement with Urbandale for a new house. The closing date is next year. Some people say there will be no change to the purchase agreement even if you bring the agreement to your lawyer as the agreement is standard for all purchasers.

If that is the case, do I still need to see a lawyer for this purchase agreement. I understand that I must get legal service upon closing, but not sure about this purchase agreement.

And save several hundred bucks. Hope as a big and not-too-bad-rating builder, Urbandale will not make me any trouble. Right???

You do NOT need to pay your lawyer for the purchase agreement right now. At closing date you do. At least it is my case.

从开始到结束，律师费只收一次。

最多只差几块钱的复印费/邮寄费而已。

这种问题，为什么不直接问律师？如果你不懂英语倒还罢了。但你用英语发帖，似乎是懂一点英语的。

在中文论坛上用英语问问题，真奇怪！！！

其实，我是想说，应该是开始就找律师。这个文件应该是律师过目后再签字。
