I had the same experience about half years ago. Kanata Lake Richcraft site custom service is totally unprofessional. They treat their cutomers like enemy. I hope your letter can get the president's attention and approve their services.

I guess the better way is somebody writes the letter, with the contribution from everyone. Then we all sign on the letter before it is delivered to the Richcraft.
