If hired him at the very beginning before builder started to build the foundation at 2006, it would be 1000. We hired him after we moved in in 2007, it was 400.

以前好像有人在这提到他，说这波兰老头对中国人的态度非常难以忍受。不过找不到原贴了。也可能我记错人了。

How many of us have understand the items after reading the report ? And how many of us have protected ourselves with his report after understanding the items ?

We are "highly educated" group, and yet, we don't even care what we have paid "big dollars" for, and can't protect what we work for. And we call it our "Home" !

This is a "house" or "home" ? If I'm a polish, I will do the same.

I wouldn't, he's better learn how to respect people (or let's say his client) first. Mr. Assistant.

I'm sorry you got this kind of impression. Let me know your story if you don't mind, and post it here just for honestly.

We have a group of people met him couple of weeks ago, and we are very impressed by his attitude as potential customers.
Please don't bother too much, we just not appreciate something of his personalities, but we don't deny he is a very experienced home inspector.
