I got a 2nd hand Sienna in Feb, put it in garage and I began to drive in March. When I first time drive, I found some stonechips on the windshield. I called back to dealer, but they don't think they should be responsible for it. They checked all their papers which show everything fine when the car was delivered to me.
When the stonechips are repaied this morning, the guy told me there is a crack around one of the stonechips which means sooner or later, I need to replace the whole windshield. Now, I am really not sure If I see the crack before or not.(in mind, I don't think i see this crack. If I see it, I will ask them how should I do) Is it possible they make this crack when they fix the stonechip? Any idea why there is crack? thanks.
