问Morgan Grant的房子

看上Morgan Grant 的一个房子。 不知道哪个区如何。 有没有过问题如FLOODING， SEWAGE PROBLEM。 感觉那里的房子比其他区便宜。 不知是何原因。 请各位高手指点。 谢谢

there is no SEWAGE PROBLEM problem in there. There is unproven rumor of radon gas . Evey time somebody ask a house in Morgan Gran. Some body would post radon gas which only a rumor and not limited to Morgan gran, all the house built on rock would has increased risk of radon gas which is fixeable.

In every city there would be some area cheaper than another. In kanata, kanata lake is most expensive, because of the golf course(more rich people there) and close to central and high way. at north morgans gran and at south bridlewood are cheaper than Kanata lake. It is still a good area to live. If it provide better value for money, why not.

如果真有兴趣, 建议做一下氡气检测, 看检查结果能否被接受。
