OTTAWA哪个区域环境好？

决定移居OTTAWA。想先租个一室一厅的CONDO，希望安全，环境好一些的。不知价格如何？

我现在多伦多，对OTTAWA所知甚少。以前来过几天。东南西北还没完全搞清楚。有事回国了一趟，前天刚回多伦多。所以有此一问，还望对OTTAWA比较熟悉的朋友指点一二。在此先谢过。
