请推荐gas water heater

想自己换一个gas water heater，现在租用的是Giant的，65000BTU，买下来太贵，要1300到1400刀，还没有warranty；我在RONA和home depot的网站上看了一下，多数是40000BTU左右的，对一个townhouse来说，是不是也够用了，不懂，请大家给点意见，谢谢。
