• You are the only one who shares this 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom townhouse with me which locates in a very quiet spot.

• You are provided, all free
  

1. High speed internet,
2. Simple and practical furniture in your room first.
3. Cloth Shelf in your room
   
4. Big screen TV in the sitting room,
5. Nice kitchen with Dish washer.
   
6. Washer and Dryer.
   
7. 3 minute walking distance to Pinecrest Recreation Complex for swimming, basketball, fitness, etc.
8. How to study, live and work well in Canada since I was a student like you before.
   

Availability: September, 2010. Non smoker without pet. Preference given to Gentleman.

Location: only 10 minute walking distance to Algonquin College and Baseline bus station. Walking to Ottawa City Hall and Centerpointe Park.

• Bus# 178 only 1 minute from the house, and it has direct line to downtown during the regular business hour.
• Bus#95 from Baseline to OU and CU.
  

Rental Fee: $300 + utility (gas and electricity only, shared by two of us，per month. About $25 for one during the Summer, and $30 for one during the Winter every month）
