yes, but after the inspection, I decide to give up that one and the reason is the owner refused to do any repairment and lower their price. Moreover, I am not satisfied with something, for example non finished basement, no gas, no A/C ...... But thank you all of your help.
About the poland guy, I do not recommend him to anybody. The reasons are
1. He is too old to do this job;
2. He is annoying though he did find some problems;
3. I found language barrier is a problem because I am not an expert in his field and so I do not understand all what he said.
This time I asked Mr. Song to inspect this house.
