air tickets for April

Just called Tianbo and China tours for quotation for return air tickets from Beijing to Ottawa and was told that the tickets from Air China will be increased to $1800-$1900 since April! And the price from Air Canada will be $1500. Anybody knows other options? We prefer to go with Air China, as my parents do not speak English at all. Thank you.
