Help pls: New Dishwasher is not working...

Sorry I can not type Chinese on this computer.

(1) I used my dishwasher last week (1st time use it) before went to bed. The next morning I found out the dishes were not very dry. I assumed it may be stopped before the work was complete? But I did not pay attention.

(2) 2 days ago, I tried to use it again, when I pressed the "Start" button, nothing happened......

Please give some advices...

In order to save energy new dishwasher never dry dishes well by itself, You need to use a dry agent( jet dry or somthing, you could by them at walmart).

Is power on? Did you see lights or hear sound when you pushed button?
Did you pushed delay button?

Thanks, Tim. The situation is as follows:

When I tried to use the dish washer a second time, the dish washer did not make any sound and did not have any lights come on. The breaker was not tripped and I reset it and still nothing from the dish washer. Also I believe the first wash did not terminate as the knob was still set somewhere in the middle of wash.

There is no delay button. There are only 2 buttons: a knob for setting normal load, light load, rinse and try and a button for heat dry or air dry.

Since it is a new dishwasher it should be still under warranty.
There are two screws fix the washer to the countertop. You bend down and look up , you should find them under the countertop, release them , you should be able to pull out the washer. There should be two water hose, one bring the water in and one bring it out, one electric wire. make sure there are fine, no valve is closed.....
The installation is ok, then it is machine problem, call the warranty.

If the installation is done by the builder or the people you bought machine from. direct call them, they should take care it.
