Room Information

The room I am going to rent is in a house which I live. It is my son's room who is away for one year. For now, I will only rent it for 10 months possible longer if everything going well with a person who rents.

My house is close to O-Tran which take 5 minutes to CU. There is #98 bus is just two minutes from the house. The room is fully furnished and has its own full bathroom.

I am a owner of this house. I am looking for someone who is a non-smoker, respectful, responsible, and neat. I am a female IT professional who is very easy to get along.

What is your price range for renting a room? Thanks
