好房出租－－距离OU仅三个block

代友发贴。房间不错，距离OU很近，roommate是两个加拿大人，人非常非常热心和nice。

* the utilities include: heat, hydro, cable tv, high-speed internet, and telephone (separate number/ring and separate voicemail extantion for each person) ... normally they are $85/month each, but i will throw them in free for the summer!

* the location: only 3 blocks from campus!

* the term: may-aug (summer) with a possibility to renew for next year.

* the room: very big

* facilities: laundry (washer/dryer) is included in the apartment itself! (at the end of the kitchen, actually); stove & fridge; microwave coming soon; maybe air-conditioning will be installed (not sure yet)

* rent: $425/month (first & last is a minimum; but i would prefer by the term)

* other household expences are shared.

* no pets; no smoking in the apartment itself

* prefer quiet, responsible person

* a macintosh owner or tennis player is a bonus!

可以只暑期sublet，之后如果愿意可以继续租。
