1. TAIJI QIGONG WUSHU WORKOUT (October 16 – December 18, 2010)
This workout is for anyone & everyone, beginners to athlete, young & senior. It
is suitable for beginners as well as physically challenging for martial artists &
those seeking to cross-train & improve skills. A holistic approach to developing
skills & drills that will provide all with core basics.
2. 24 STEP TAIJIQUAN (January 8 – March 12, 2011)
This short version of Yang Style Taiji was created by the Chinese Sports
Committee in 1956 & promoted by the People’s Republic of China for general
exercise. It is the most practiced taijiquan form around the world.
3. 48 COMBINATION TAIJIQUAN (March 26 – June 11, 2011)
(Prerequisite: 24 Step Taijiquan or previous taijiquan experience)
Created by simplifying & combining features of the Classical Forms from four
of the original styles: Chen, Yang, Wu & Sun for demonstration & competition
in 1976. Standardized by the Chinese Sports Committee in 1980, this form
evolved into the 42 International Competition Routine with minor changes.
