Jatoba Hardwood Floor

She wants the Jatoba hardwood floor so much ....so these days I had to go with her to check the stores every weekend. Some stores list the price as high as 7$ per square feet while rona and home depot list around 6$ per squre feet. But today the annoying thing I got is that I can get 4.5$ from someone! It really supperised me but it also puzzles me: Is all the jatoba hardwood from all those places the same, as I think the wood only can be imported from Brizil, right? If so why the price difference would be that much!

My guess was the quality may make the difference even they are all made from Jacoba. For example, how may coating, length of each piece... If Jatoba is your choice, better to go with a good brand such as Mirage.
