yeah...the insurance agent said...u could locate the owner by the plate number, but not the driver... it's driver who's responsible, not the owner... anyway notify us if the police do find the driver...

This is the same case as being caught by the camera if you pass through the red light. They can fine you, but can't add points to your driver's license since they can't identify the driver ...

the insurance agent said...since it's a hit & run accident, u could not identify the driver who's reponsible. It'll have to be covered from my side... unless police could find the guy, which is highly unlikely...
