It is located on 45 mann Ave., at the entrance of hight way 417, one minute to Ottawa University and Gym, 5 minutes to the busstop, Two mintues to Swimming pool and tennis playground. 5 minutes to canal , Ridueau river park and 10 minutes to downtown. All these only by walk. The room is quiet ,clean, bright and spacious. Parking avialable. No pet, no smoker .Laundry in the building. The rental is $375 include heating, water,gas.
