[必看] 中国人你为什么这么不争气

这件事说起来真让人恶心。位于Carling Ave 的Produce Depot， 中国人俗称大苹果的，是华人较爱光顾的一个店。中中华导报卖钱后也在那里设了一个销报点。本周五（三月八日〕当送报人给 店里送报纸时，店主非常严肃地说，他们发现中国人偷报纸，方 法是把一份夹在另一份中，表面看起来还是一份，只付25分 但被店员发现，这位洋人店主十分地不理解，区区25分，何以值得去偷，（〔笔者与这位送报人很熟〕，他告诉我，当时站在这位洋店主面前，他真觉得很丢人，抬不起头来，那位洋人的语气与目光直刺到心里。中国人你为什么如此的不争气！！店主希望能在报纸上刊出一个Note: 25分只卖一份报纸！！

本人经常 去买报，知道各店的做法是正副刊放在一起成为完整的一份，所以不可能出现两份叠放的可能，这只能是个别人的故意行为，为了这区区的25分，挖空心思想出这个办法，自以为神人不知，没想到被当面戳穿，真是洋人面前出洋相！！不知发后再去那个店购物，店主及店员将怎样看待中国人，不会想到中国人也顺手偷几把青菜吧。

偷报纸的人，你真应希望自己老一点，成为60岁发上的老人，这样你就可以去他们中华导报的办公室免费拿报，这样还堂堂正正，有求必应，而不必被人捉。真是莫伸手，伸手必被促！。

这区区的25公，对你就真的那么金贵吗！

I think we overreacted. I believe there are people from every country doing this. We don't need to really think it ruined our image. I work in downtown, everyday I see some yound people begging on the street, but neither the local people nor us would think they lost the face of local people, right?

Honestly, I think the owner of Produce depot is not polite. If he said that to me, I would say, "well, too bad, some people do that. The other day I saw a young white fellow shoplifted a bunch of penciles in the drug store. He was caught and he didn't seem to feel ashamed at all. (This is true). I really don't understand this."

白人对其他种族抓到错误就一棒子打死！
我们也该对他们这样！我去年Boxing Day的时候

我觉得我们应该想办法让所有OTTAWA的华人都富起来，这样谁也不缺钱花，就没人会为了区区25CENT去丢大家的面子了。:bsmile:

我认为这样偷报纸的可能性不大。多半是误会。 因为最开始副刊和正刊是分开放的。还有，拿两份报纸回去干啥？除非送别人。
