修补天花板水渍

洗澡没拉好浴帘，水流到楼下的天花板（带颗粒的那种），滴湿了一小块，时间一长形成水渍并且有剥落。如何修补才能看不出来，或那有专业人士能修啊。Thx

hard to do DIY. I got the same problem before. tried DIY, but not good. eventually paid a few hundred $ for professional repair.
The most difficult part is to spray the popcorn textture on the ceiling.

洗衣机排水管的水漫出来，从一楼的洗衣房墙根漏到地下室，哗哗啦啦像下雨一样。这个问题严重吗？需要请专业人士inspect&fix吗？
往好的方向想，一楼的地面就是ceremic装在wood frame上，过段时间风干就应该没事啦？

I tried that. It did not match the rest of the ceiling and the patched area stands out and is very noticable. Well, if you don't care, that may be fine.
