does anyone using tankless hotwater system, any comments on it

As this is default with some builders, just want to know is there any pro or cons?

even for a 2000 sq more single house.

pros I don't want to say,

cons: I think it will take "some time" to get the "warm" water. also the rental is about 35 more + tax per month. As I didn't use this type of system. this is only my guess.

Can anyone who is using this system give some ideas?

Regarding the cons above, I think it takes about the same time to get warm water. for heaters with tank, you still need to bleed the cold water in pipe before you get warm water. You pay a little bit more each month, you get a bit more space in the basement and save a little bit on gas.

好处是省空间，也能省点气。

来热水的时间应该是比用tank的长一点，因为先开冷水达到一定流量流经heater启动heater以后才开始烧。而tank的热水都在，只要把水管里的冷水冲掉就可以了。但估计区别不是很大～

个人感觉tankless的一个问题就是每次开热水heater就得启动一次，冬天heater启动得太频繁了，tank的就没这个问题。

我们是tankless的，租金一个月30多快40了。
