I can't post ad on Bian4 Ming2 Guang3 Gao4

Hi,
I tried to post an advertisement on Bian4 Ming2 Guang3 Gao4 on comfromchina. But after I click the send, the ad is not posted and I do get any error messages. And the total number of messages doesnot increment.
Anybody knows why? Does than mean I should pay?
