正琢磨买哪种炉子好。来问问各位，induction的炉子到底有啥好处？值得那个价钱吗？

咱们这儿有整个大炉子都是induction的吗？

induction的加热很快，但是对锅就有要求，很多不锈钢锅都不能用。

as long as it's magnetic, it can be used on induction stove.
i purchased induction single cook top for hot pot, better than the gas one.
sears should have induction ranger, but only with single oven underneath. the double ovens ranger is very good if you bake small stuff like pizza offen.

Thanks!! I am interested in getting an slide-in induction range, but only Eletrolux has one. All other brand only makes cook top which means I have to buy a separate wall oven... !

well, a good gas stove costs more than induction. for chinese style cooking, you need flame in the center of the cooking area.

下次主要是选瓷砖，地毯，橱柜之类的

厨房结构上好像没有啥可以改的，我们就是问了一下冰箱openning的尺寸，足够放我们想要的冰箱，于是就没有改。炉子尺寸貌似都是一样的吧，因为没有可以改炉子openning的选项。

well, a good gas stove costs more than induction. for chinese style cooking, you need flame in the center of the cooking area.

agree I'm loving my Blue Star. The only one on the market that's truly open flame, with start patterned flame aimed upwards instead of outwards.

那简单许多！但是最好还是看看你喜欢哪个炉字和冰箱，如果尺寸稍微大一些提前告诉他们也可以有准备.
