Enbridge bill是每个月寄来还是每2个月？ 我1月份同时收到12月份（第一张BILL）和1月份的BILL，到现在还没收到2月份的BILL。

either you or anybody at your hosehold signed the contract with Direct Energy or they faked the signature.

原来他们的ACUTUAL READING higher than normal,系统自动delay了。他们报3000多，我的读数才2000多。

好像是两个月一次账单吧？他们不是每个月读表，按照以前预测估算，每年核算多退少补。去年我退了900多元。
