Q: the photo on the application form for Chinese passport renewal

I understand we need to prepare 2 photos for the application of passport renew, and we also need to paste one photo on the application form.

Should I paste one of the 2 photos on the form or I need to take another one (actually the total No. photos is 3)? :blowzy:
