The Sales Manager directs and manages the sales activities, ensuring that efficient customer service is provided and that all sales and financial goals are met. This person may be responsible for recruiting, managing, coaching, and motivating staff. The position requires strong sales and marketing skills, excellent communication skills and detailed follow-through. The Sales Manager is expected to identify partnership opportunities and to develop strong business relationships.​

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years outside/external sales experience

• Leadership ability with a team mentality

• Experience in B2B direct sales, Customer Service and Managemen
• Strong leadership, managerial, organizational and communication skills

• College/University degree preferred
